• Endocrinologist referral - please fax a copy of the referral letter to 03-86117953

• EPC -Concession card holder is bulked bill and other clients the 'out of pocket' fee is $27

• Standard Private fees: - Initial Consultation $80  -Review consultation $60

• Concession Private fees: -Initial Consultation $70 -Review consultation $60
